Tero Vauraste

I’m the Head of Business Development for Defense and Security at Kuva Space. My work focuses on growing our business in the defense and security sector and working closely with customers in the field. A big part of my role is helping organizations improve their situational awareness and response capabilities with AI-supported, always-on planetary intelligence.

What I enjoy most about working here is the market, the customers, and the collaboration with Kuvists and different stakeholders. I also really value the international side of the work. It’s motivating to be able to offer customers something that others often cannot, and of course it’s always rewarding when that work turns into successful business.
