As a start-up, finding the right talent is an ongoing process. The open application allows candidates interested in joining Kuva Space to easily submit an application. Received applications are organized by position, making it easy to find qualified candidates when a position opens up.
You will find our new job openings on our main page under 'Open Positions' or on our Jobs page under the career menu. If there are no current openings or none that match your expertise, you can fill out an 'Open Application' form to leave your information with us and specify your interests. Alternatively, you can 'Connect' with the department of your choice and be notified when a position in that department becomes available.
When we post a job opening, we will share it here and on LinkedIn. We will review candidates and invite select individuals for an initial interview. After this stage, we will notify those we don't select. Depending on the position, we may assign a test to selected candidates, which we will review in a second interview. After the second interview, we will make a decision and begin contract negotiations with our chosen candidate.
Hiring the right person is our top priority. We aim to keep our hiring process lean and ensure that all applicants are informed of their status, even if they are not selected. The hiring timeline may vary depending on the role scope we are hiring for.
