We are seeking a creative and talented Digital Storyteller to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in crafting compelling short and long-form visual and audio content that communicates our brand, products, and impact to a global audience. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a strong portfolio in multimedia production, a passion for content creation, and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.

Location: Otakaari 5, Espoo, Finland

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop, design, and produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, animations, illustrations, and interactive media content for a global audience

• Collaborate with the marketing, communications, product, and engineering teams to create content that aligns with our brand and strategic goals

• Produce content for a variety of platforms, including social media, website, webinars, and internal communications

• Optimise existing content to enhance engagement and reach

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative digital storytelling  into our multimedia content strategy and implementation

• Manage multimedia projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types that deliver brand engagement and business results

• Technical proficiency in multimedia production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Blender, etc.)

• Creative storytelling skills with the ability to brainstorm and develop unique content ideas to engage our audience

• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the audience. (English)

• Knowledge of social media, webinar, website platforms and best practices for content engagement

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to plan, schedule, and meet deadlines for content planning and production

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Production, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field

• Skills in 3D modeling and animation

• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies

• Occasional office presence (Espoo)

• Quick-learner and self-motivated

• Ability to make quick decisions and work effectively in a dynamic work environment
