We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that build our brands and drive revenue. Marketing Manager

Position: Full time

Location: Espoo (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy and fiscal plan to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, email, social media, and events.
• Create compelling content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, to engage target audiences at the top of the funnel and bottom of the funnel.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
• Oversee website and SEO optimization to maximize online visibility.
• Plan and manage industry events, webinars, and partnerships to enhance Kuva Space’s presence in the relevant industries.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  
• 5+ years of experience in global B2B marketing, preferably in the technology, deep-tech, data analytics or SAAS industry.
  
• Proven track record in global B2B marketing, brand management, and lead generation.
  
• Strong content creation skills with experience in writing for technical or industry-specific audiences.
  
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including SEO, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
  
• Experience managing B2B events and partnerships.
• Understanding of agriculture, aquaculture and civil security markets, Earth observation is considered a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong skills in organisation and prioritisation and an affinity for multitasking and details.
• Ability to make quick decisions and work sustainably in a busy environment.
• Office presence required (Espoo, Finland)
