Ruusu Lamminmäki

I’m a Process Engineer at Kuva Space, and I’m responsible for developing and optimizing production processes for our key optical subsystems. My work focuses on creating standardized workflows across the entire production chain - from collaborating with suppliers and testing and implementing process steps to ensuring quality, providing technical support, and monitoring results to achieve efficient and high-quality output.

One of the best things about working at Kuva Space is the strong sense of teamwork. It truly feels like one big family, with everyone giving their best toward a shared goal. It’s easy to talk to anyone, and I know I’m surrounded by talented people who are always willing to help. I also have endless opportunities to grow, and I can clearly see the impact of my work.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me running, enjoying outdoor activities, or exploring somewhere new.
